Born in Israel in 1978, Einav Yarden studied intensively for 4 years up to 2005 with the famous pianist Leon Fleisher at the Peabody Conservatory at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore. Before moving to the USA, she studied with Emanuel Krasovsky at the Israel Rubin Music Academy, graduating with high distinction and also studied with Hadassa Gonen. Among other competitions, she won the renowned Minnesota International Piano-e-Competition in 2006 and was a finalist in the Honens International Piano Competition in 2003. Einav Yarden has performed as soloist with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, the Minnesota Symphony, the Calgary Philharmonic, the Jerusalem Symphony, the Plovdiv Philharmonic, the Israel Symphony and the Spirit of Europe Symphony, under conductors including Sir Neville Marriner, Aldo Ceccato, Leon Botstein, Mark Russell Smith and Mendi Rodan. Apart from her national and international solo appearances, she is a keen chamber musician and engages regularely in contemporary music. Einav Yarden lives in Berlin, Germany, now.
