Advance sale

Tickets for the final concert on December 12, 2009 will be available from August 1, 2009:

• from all the usual advance booking offices in Bonn and the surrounding area
• on the Internet at www.bonnticket.de
• by e-mail from tickets@bonnticket.de
• by telephone at +49 180 500 18 12
• (Mon-Fri 9.00 a.m. – 7.00 p.m., Sat 10.00 a.m. – 3.00 p.m.; EUR 0.14 / minute)

Ticket prices

The ticket prices for all seats will be:

EUR 15.00 regular (plus advance booking fee)

EUR 7.50 concessions (plus advance booking fee)

Payment

Tickets may be paid for by credit card or direct debit. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, you will be sent a confirmation of your reservation with an invoice when your order is received. The invoice amount must be paid within two weeks. The tickets will be sent to you as soon as the amount has been credited to the specified account.

Travel to the final

The admission tickets are valid on the local public transportation system in and around Bonn (Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Sieg – VRS). You can use all routes within the VRS network in the four hours before the start of the performance. You must complete your return journey by 10.00 a.m. the next day.

Evening box office

Any remaining tickets will be available at the venue one hour before the concert is due to begin.

Reduced rates

Children from 3 years of age, schoolchildren, students under 30, trainees, military conscripts or persons serving in the non-military national service, unemployed persons, holders of a “Bonn card” as well as disabled persons are entitled to a 50% discount on the ticket price. Please have a valid ID ready as evidence of your entitlement when you enter the venue.

Employees of Deutsche Telekom AG also pay the reduced ticket price upon presentation of their company ID.

Fees

The quoted ticket prices include the Bonnticket handling charge of EUR 1.00 per ticket and the fee of EUR 0.68 for the VRS travel permit. The advance booking offices charge an additional advance booking fee equal to 10% of the quoted price.
For orders placed by mail or telephone, Bonnticket also charges EUR 2.50 per order to cover postage; for direct bookings via the Internet, there is a handling charge of EUR 4.90 per booking, which includes the cost of postage. For dispatch by registered mail (optional), Bonnticket charges a flat rate of EUR 6.90.

General information

Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged, even in cases where you have received fewer tickets than ordered. We reserve the right to make changes to programs, performers, dates and venues; these do not entitle customers to return tickets. The purchase price will only be refunded if an event is cancelled entirely, and the tickets are returned within a period of two months. Latecomers will only be able to enter the hall during the interval.

Audio and video recordings

It is prohibited to take photographs or make any audio or video recordings, even for private use. Video and audio material may be confiscated if you do not comply with this instruction. The final will be recorded for radio and/or television. Members of the audience consent to this in advance, and to their possible appearance in these recordings.
