Whether it is the Herkulessaal in Munich, the Golden Hall of the Vienna Musikverein or the Gewandhaus in Leipzig - Philipp Scheucher has already played in concert halls whose podiums are among the most important in Europe. Particularly distinguishing for the Austrian pianist are his natural charisma and the joy of making music, which carry away the audience. His concert activities take him all over the world, including Japan, South Africa, Canada, Russia as well as the United States.
He always works with renowned musicians and orchestras, such as the K&K Philharmonic Orchestra, the Graz Philharmonic Orchestra, "recreation", the "Johannesburg Philharmonic Orchestra", "Aarhus Symphony Orchestra", "WDR- Funkhausorchester" and many more accompanied by, among others, Dirk Kaftan, Michael Hofstetter, Alexander Prior, Mei-Ann Chen.
As a multiple prize winner of international competitions (1st prize Aarhus/Denmark, 1st prize Cologne, 2nd prize at the in Pretoria/South Africa, and many more) he performed in September 2018 at the renowned "Honens International Piano Competition" in Calgary/Canada as one of the 10 best young pianists worldwide. After studies with Markus Schirmer in Graz/Austria, he received his fine-tuning with Ilja Scheps in Cologne and Markus Becker in Hannover.
