Yinghua Huang

Yinghua Huang was born in 1992 in Guangdong of China. He began his piano studies at the age of 9. In 2005, he entered the Attached to School of Xinghai Conservatory of Music to study the Piano with Qin Wang. In 2011, he was admitted to the Xinghai Conservatory of Music to continue his music studies with Qin Wang.

Now he is studying at Hochschule für Musik und Theater München with Prof. Margarita Höhenrieder. He has twice won the 1st prize at the 2008 and 2014 YAMAHA Asia Music Scholarship Competition. In 2013, He won the 1st prize at the 3. Internationaler Deutscher Irmler-Klavierwettbewerb. In 2018, He won the Best Interpretation of Claude Debussy at the Munich Steinway Foerderpreis Klassik and 1st prize at the Munich Harald-Genzmer-Interpretationswettbewerb 2018. He won the Best Interpretation of Frederic Chopin at the Steinway Foerderpreis Klassik 2019.
