Xiaoxuan Li, Born in 2001 in China, Xiaoxuan Li started learning the piano at the age of four and gave his first public recital at the
age of 11. From 2015 until now he studied with Professor Robert McDonald at the Juilliard School, within 2019-2022 he also
studied under Prof. Dang Thai Son. Before that, he studied with Professor Gary Graffman at the Curtis institute of music, and
Shanghai Conservatory of Music Affiliated School, studied under Dr. Zhe Tang, Prof. Zijie Wu and Tianying Zhao.
He has attended numerous competitions, such as 2024 Montreal International competition, 2024 Hamamatsu international
competition, 2021Chopin international piano competition in Warsaw and Van Cliburn international piano competition, and
winning prizes including: The Winner of 2022-2023 Carnegie Hall Debut Audition in 2023; The Gold Medal and Beethoven prize in
the Cleveland International Piano Competition in 2018; first prize in the Zhuhai Mozart International Competition for Young
Musicians in 2015; second prize in the Hilton Head International Piano Competition for Young Artists 2015; and fourth prize in the
Ettlingen Young Artist Piano Competition 2012.
Xiaoxuan has performed all over the world in China, Italy, Germany, Poland, Japan, and the US at the Kimmel Center and Carnegie Zankel Hall, Waetjen Auditorium, Warsaw Philharmonicn Concert Hall, Shanghai Concert Hall, Shanghai Oriental Art
Center. As a concerto soloist, he has performed with orchestras around the world, including the Cleveland Symphony Orchestra,
Hilton Head Symphony Orchestra, Ashdod Orchestra, Salzburg Chamber Soloists, Macao Orchestra and Canton Symphony
Orchestra. He achieved great success with Cleveland orchestral debut at age 16, where he performed the Chopin second piano
concerto.
Xiaoxuan appearances many of famous music festivals, the Shanghai International Piano Festival, Osaka International PianoFestival, the International Piano Festival in Italy, Music Fest Perugia and PianoTexas International Festival & Academy
